In 1968, he embarked on a transformative chapter of his career when he trained under the esteemed M/s Mitsubishi Heavy Industries at Kobe Shipyard in Japan. Armed with this world-class technical mastery, Mr. Bhargava carried the dream of leveraging his skills to resolve India's pressing need for innovative pump solutions. His entrepreneurial vision culminated in 1981 with the establishment of Raj Pumps. His relentless pursuit of perfection and his deep understanding of engineering principles set Raj Pumps apart, making it a trusted name in water pumping solutions. His spirit of innovation, his engineering acumen, and his entrepreneurial drive continue to inspire us. Shivendra Nath Bhargava (30TH January 2003 – 7TH January 2021) was not only a remarkable leader but also a devoted son who worked immensely with his father to carry forward the legacy of Raj Pumps. From a young age, he was eager to learn and imbibe the values and knowledge passed down from his father. Together, they built a company that stands as a testament to their shared commitment to excellence, innovation, and integrity. His keen interest in new technologies and his relentless pursuit of improvement drove the company to embrace modern advancements while staying true to the core principles established by his forebears. He believed in the power of combining tradition with innovation, a philosophy that has been instrumental in our continued success. Despite the immense challenges, he carried the mantle with unwavering dedication, ensuring that the business not only survived but thrived. His leadership was marked by a deep understanding of the industry, a forward-thinking approach, and an unwavering commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Following in the footsteps of my grandfather, who founded this company with a pioneering vision, and my father, who expanded and solidified its reputation for excellence, I am proud to lead Raj Pumps into a new era of innovation and growth.
